In-house and independent expert department for rapid technical analysis

Polaris has an in-house and independent department of experts responsible for pattern making and product development. Our strong team of European and Vietnamese technicians is present daily in our factories and offices to ensure the best quality of the final product.
We are the proud owners of a large development and sampling center that enables us to develop clothing from the start and carry out the entire fitting process in a very short time. This gives you the advantage of having complete production expertise during the fitting phase – this eliminates problems as early as possible and avoids later problems during production.

Sample Development & Creation

From Concept to
Wearable Prototype

In sample development and creation, we translate your ideas, sketches, and specifications into wearable, functional samples. The goal is to create prototypes that realistically depict design, fit, and construction and serve as a well-founded basis for decision-making for further product development.

Pattern & Prototype Creation

Based on your designs, we develop cuts, fits, and technical details and implement them in precise patterns – from the first development sample to the near-series prototype. Our pattern pieces enable you to check materials, proportions, and processing at an early stage and develop them further in a targeted manner.

Iterative Optimization

We understand samples as part of an iterative development process. Adjustments to the cut, details, or processing are coordinated and systematically implemented. This results in sample sweaters, sample pants, or complete sample parts that are optimally prepared for your target group, production requirements, and subsequent series production.

Logistics

Reliable Coordination from
Production to Destination

Our logistics solutions ensure that materials, samples, and finished goods are in the right place at the right time. We coordinate and monitor all goods movements along the supply chain – from the inflow of raw materials to the on-time delivery of the finished products. Transparent processes and clear responsibilities ensure maximum planning security.

Logistics and logistics solutions are an integral part of Polaris’ services.
Two closely related forwarding companies and customs agents contribute to the seamless service in international transport and customs clearance – worldwide.

We offer our customers turnkey logistics solutions. We organize and control the complete inflow of raw materials to the production sites, regardless of whether they come from your specified suppliers or from our own sources.

Polaris coordinates and monitors the entire production process, including free delivery of the end product.

Our own Polaris logistics platforms in Asia and Europe are responsible for all customs clearance matters and necessary formalities. They control the flow of goods to our factories and organize all transport processes when the goods are delivered to you.

We offer carefully elaborated solutions for our customers, regardless of whether the goods are only to be delivered to your warehouse or free to your home. It does not matter whether you only need one delivery or several direct deliveries, you will always have a complete and transparent overview of the status of your goods.

In the area of production and quality assurance, we ensure that marketable products of consistently high quality are created from approved designs. Our production processes are clearly structured, closely monitored, and internationally coordinated. An experienced team of production managers and technicians accompanies every manufacturing stage – from production preparation to final delivery. This is how we ensure that quality, deadlines, and costs are always in harmony.

Our main goal is to deliver only quality products to our customers. The quality of the goods is particularly important to us, with an independent team of fifty Polaris technicians monitoring every stage of production preparation to ensure that only clothing of perfect quality is delivered to you. Our technicians work directly in the factories on technology, quality monitoring, and control, as this is the only way you can be sure to receive your goods with the quality standards you expect.

PRODUCTION
Today, our main production sites are located in Moldova, Ukraine, Poland, Vietnam, China, and Bangladesh. We produce with many partners in Asia for the European and American markets. In Europe, Polaris is the 100% owner of two textile factories. Our Polstar factory is located in Ukraine and specializes in the production of trousers. It also has an integrated laundry. The factory is known to our fashion customers for on-time delivery, reliability, and one of the shortest lead and production times. In Moldova, our Tricon factory specializes in the production of jackets, coats, and knitwear for luxury fashion customers in Europe and the USA.

Short delivery times – fast production times

Regardless of where you place your production, Polaris coordinates and monitors the complete production process and delivers the finished goods free to your home. Our production managers in Asia and Europe take care of the entire production process for you, including:

QUALITY CONTROL
Quality control is just one of the areas in which Polaris is unsurpassed. We employ a team of almost 50 experienced and highly qualified technicians who monitor production in the factories. Our team of technicians is present at every stage of production, from fabric inspection to pre-production, to ensure that everything is well prepared before the factory starts cutting. During production, our team carries out daily checks on the production lines to avoid any problems during the production process. Once production is complete, we check the goods before packaging them, before checking them again as part of our final inspection. The final inspection can be a 100% inspection, or carried out at an AQL level of your choice.

Financing

Secure Production Planning

With our financing solutions, we create additional planning security for your collection. We make it possible to map raw materials, advance payments, and production costs in a structured manner – so that you can protect your liquidity and implement projects reliably without financing becoming a bottleneck.

Polaris offers a complete product, so you don’t have to worry about financing your production. When you order from us, we will arrange the purchase of all raw materials, produce your goods, and deliver them to you. You only have to pay when you receive the goods.

Complete product & production financing

To enjoy this advantage, our finance department will check your creditworthiness with our financing partners. Once your credit line is approved, we can work with you on open payment terms and pre-finance all raw materials and the entire production.
If you do not wish us to finance your production, or if you are not qualified for full financing, we can discuss other solutions that best suit your needs.
